The Content Platform team is looking for exceptional individuals to join our team and to partner in creating a set of enterprise software experiences, intent on making Workday data more approachable and usable. We build high-quality applications and service offerings. We collaborate constantly and continually look for ways to work better together. We’re looking for a versatile Product Manager to help launch new products within the Content Platform, our platform for document authoring & generation. This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic product manager who thrives on learning about new technologies and working on fun and challenging projects to have an impact on core parts of the technology platform. It’s a hands-on role, where you’ll be working to understand customer needs and leading product features from concept into our users hands.What You'll Be Doing

Define product and platform capabilities that power Workday DocsIdentify and resolve issues that may hinder the team's ability to meet strategic and technical goalsUnderstand how Workday Docs meets the needs of our customer relative to the competition, industry trends and technological trendsCollaborate with complex multi-disciplinary teams across all functions of the organization to ensure successful product development and launchDevelop knowledge of Workday’s product offerings and capabilities in the context of the content platformAct as the ‘voice of the customer’ during product developmentPromote high team morale, excitement and momentumAbout You

You are able to translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.Influencing and building consensus within leadership and our partner teams is paramount. To deliver, you will work with the engineering team and other Product Managers to break down the plans into refined features. Focus on outcomes and value is key to success in this role.Basic Qualifications

6+ years of product management experience8+ years building software (SaaS and/or B2B experience preferred)Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other technical major requiredOther Qualifications

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things.
