Henry Martin Group are partnered with an established principal contractor who is seeking a Design Manager. This contractor operates across both the public and private sectors, with much of this coming from repeat, long-standing clients. Project values range between £15Mil - £100Mil+.As the Design Manager, you will be responsible for the management of a £30m and a £20m new build school. Your background will need to include a strong track record of delivering successful public sector projects, which could include education, health, MoD, MoJ, etc. Your background could also include new build commercial, retail, business parks, or industrial projects.
