The Brand Design & Culture team is looking for a well-rounded and creative Designer to work with on a full-time basis. We seek someone who combines skill and enthusiasm with a passion for design, quality, and attention to detail. You should be used to working on multiple projects within tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. While confident and passionate in your abilities, you are willing to learn something new.Responsibilities:Design creative assets for our consumer communications, including banners, landing pages, promotions, online advertising, social media and videos.Collaborate with designers, program managers, and copywriters to find solutions and produce deliverables of exceptional quality ahead of deadlines.Participate in all necessary meetings – status, team briefings, brainstorming sessions, and presentations.Be an avid learner of the business and industry of our internal clients and external customers.Qualifications:Understanding of design principles and appreciation of typography.Familiarity with current advertising and design trends and practical knowledge of Internet and multimedia technology.Experience with corporate branding and working with corporate guidelines.Demonstrated proficiency in UX/UI design, using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.Knowledgeable with Print and Digital file delivery standards.Ability to manage and organize large project files and assets.Requirements:5+ years experience in a visual design role, preferably from an in-house creative team or design firm/agency.Online Portfolio with outstanding examples across a variety of digital and traditional media.Must be present in the office, 4 days per week.Creative Bonus:Mobile/Responsive design.Video, animation, motion graphic design.Illustration abilities.Marketing campaign creative design.Presentation design.Canva template design.Knowledge of AI Tools (ie Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, etc.).Conference/booth design.Infographic & Icon design.Accommodations:If you require assistance due to a disability applying for open positions please submit a request via this Accommodations Request Form.Posting Statement:At Salesforce we believe that the business of business is to improve the state of our world.
