Asha Partners is looking for a passionate and talented Graphic Designer. This position would entail more than just design work. This position will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our marketing team, contributing to our mission of bringing holistic, sustainable solutions to the unreached in poverty in South Asia.
Responsibilities
Draft, edit, and finalize creative designs with a quick turnaround.Create web, print, video, and digital assets aligning with the visual communication strategy.Report to the CEO and Director of Marketing and Communications and contribute to the marketing team strategy.Develop promotional materials to achieve fundraising goals.Manage media content for local events, including photo and video capture.Edit photo and video assets from field operations in South Asia.Oversee and update Asha Partners' website, making recommendations for enhanced communication and donor engagement.
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in graphic design.Strong Christian background.Proficiency in photo editing using Adobe Suite.Strong layout and graphic creation skills with Adobe tools.Exceptional visual and aesthetic abilities.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Detail-oriented, reliable, and deadline-oriented.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in design.6+ years of relevant work experience in a non-profit context.Proficiency in video editing using Final Cut Pro.Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite and Monday.com.
