Essential Tasks & Duties

SEO: Improve our organic rankings for existing and new web pages across our multi-language website.PPC: Develop, manage, and improve effectiveness of our paid digital marketing campaigns across Google, Bing, and LinkedIn.Website: Improve the branding, usability, and conversion rate of our website.Coordinates cross-functional teams to build and execute the annual marketing communication plan.Develops and implements a set of KPIs to track marketing effectiveness.Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the Americas region, and use insights to adjust marketing strategies and tactics.Acts as gatekeeper for materials to follow company branding requirements with respect to design, layout, core messaging, and marketing effort; builds brand identity and recognition.Knowledge & Skills

Education Minimum Requirements/Equivalent:

BA/BS degree in English, Marketing, or Communications.Five (5) or more years of experience in a similar position (Marketing Communication) required, preferably within a business-to-business organization.Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to prepare and edit information/content for website, write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Fluent in English. Written and verbal communications are delivered to the respective audience clearly and effectively.Reasoning Ability: Advanced analytical skills are needed to analyze web and statistical data, customer browsing habits, and industry trends. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.Personal Attributes
