Executive Assistant (LightSpeed Studio U.S.)

We offer a range of services such as cloud computing, advertising, FinTech, and other enterprise services to support our clients' digital transformation and business growth.Manage executive’s inbox, travel arrangement and meeting scheduling.Help process expenses and prepare reimbursement reports for executives.Serve as the internal liaison amongst multiple departments such as Production, IT, Finance, HR, Legal, Marketing, PR and external partners.Support and coordinate team meetings and team building events and activities as needed.Coordinate partner giftings during mid-year and year-end holiday season and as needed.Act as the external liaison between executives and external business partners.Accompany executives on business trips and arrange all travel logistics.Serve as translator as needed.Requirements:BA/BS Degree or equivalent.5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant4+ years of experience working in a fast-paced environmentFluent and excellent business communication skills in both Mandarin Chinese and EnglishExperience with domestic and international travel coordinationDetail-oriented, well organized, and a strong sense of ownership and team spiritProficiency in MS Office and GsuiteGood to have: you’re a gamer or have previous video gaming industry experienceThis role will need to be in position to travel 50% of the time, internationally and domestically.Location:

CaliforniaThe base pay range for this position in the state(s) above is $66,560 to $117,770 per year. Actual pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign on payment, relocation package, and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as other medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the specific position offered.
