We are looking for a Sr Marketing Manager to join our channel marketing team, focusing on Alternative Products. This dynamic marketer leads cross-functional teams that plan, execute and measure multi-channel marketing plans that position T. Rowe Price products, capabilities, insights and offers at select intermediary firms.Key Responsibilities:

Partner with marketing colleagues, sales team, sales leadership and clients to understand client needs and business priorities that translate into marketing strategy and tactics.Collaborate across marketing organization to develop and deliver programs, campaigns, collateral and events with measurable impact.Act as a resource and subject matter expert on audience and wealth business for US Intermediaries & Global Marketing.Constantly analyze audience segments, marketing results, test and learn new tactics, and optimize future marketing programs.Responsibilities:

Develop and Deliver Marketing Plans and Programs: Develop marketing plans that deliver on business priorities and align to USI value proposition.Prioritize and execute channel/key account unique campaigns, content needs (emails) and tools (Seismic for Channel specific content) that are necessary to successfully deliver on channel priorities.Annually, or as market insights emerge, review alignment of value proposition within each business segment and by channel - document Offer POV and recommendations to build, maintain, modify or decommission offer.Facilitate USI Sales and Product & Marketing Alignment/Integration: Work closely with Sales (internal and external) to ensure alignment and integration. Partner with USI Product & Marketing departments to ensure readiness for execution and prioritization of resources.Establish and monitor a process to ensure effective engagement, alignment and integration.Relationship management with sales teams.Educate Product & Marketing teams so they are prepared to execute.Define sales communication process by Channel and/or Accounts.Measure and optimize: Define the measures and metrics in support of the Channel and/or Account Marketing Plans.Establish and monitor a process to ensure effective engagement, alignment and integration.Identify the primary Objectives, Goals, and Strategies.Quarterly reviews of performance measures with key stakeholders, reassess OGSM as appropriate.Request updates to dashboards and data/information requirements as necessary.Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience marketing or selling alternative products, with private credit experience preferred.Intellectually curious and seeking to understand current market dynamics as well as trends that will affect future horizons. Emerging ability to translate points of view developed into actionable recommendations.Demonstrated ability to think critically and challenge stakeholders (leadership, peers, subordinate associates) effectively to advance consideration and debate of alternative points of view along with stewarding the USI Value Proposition.Strong influencing skills as this position is primarily integrating and aligning priorities amongst the broader USI marketing and sales organizations including common understanding of target market needs/requirements, delivering on the USI value proposition and effectively prioritizing relative to limited resources.Analytical skills to study, analyze and synthesize research and reports.Solid presentation skills delivering to smaller groups (around the table) and to larger groups from a stage/podium.Series 7 and 63 or willingness to acquire.FINRA Requirements:

FINRA licenses are required and will be supported for this role.Work Flexibility:
