office.Responsibilities

Use your advanced employee benefits knowledge and collaborate with our communications team to create awareness, engagement and understanding of our clients’ employee benefits programs.Be extremely familiar with all aspects of employee benefits, including limits, rules, regulations and compliance.Effectively interpret SBCs, SPDs, benefits summaries and marketing spreadsheets and ensure the accuracy of all benefit details and explanations.Consult with our clients, producers and account managers on best practices while identifying challenges and opportunities.Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients through the duration of every project and as a liaison between the creative and design production team.Engage the creative and design production team as you take the initiative for print and digital projects without specific direction.Develop print and/or digital project strategies to address communication needs and objectives.Produce error-free content that adheres to the client’s style guidelines.Modify and edit content until the client is satisfied.Proofread and make edits to copy.Monitor and manage multiple project workflow and timelines.Promote cooperative relationships in a collaborative team environment. Set the direction for projects.Handle an extremely high volume of projects with shifting priorities and strict deadlines.Education Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in communications, human resources, general business or related field.Life and Health Agent’s license required or eligible to obtain.Location

Fort Worth, TXHybrid schedule for qualified candidatesExperience Requirements

Minimum of eight (8) years’ experience in account management or benefits consultant experience required.Extensive knowledge of employee benefits and applicable laws.Meticulous attention to detail a MUST.Knowledge of employee benefits and able to write and proof content.Experience with project management software a plus.Experience in Communications digital, print, and broadcast a plus.Proven ability to prioritize, strategize projects, mobilize teams, set direction, recommend solutions and work under high pressure.Excellent working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications.Key Personal Qualities
