Plan details for travel including transportation, accommodation, and airlinesUtilize social media to maintain and market to client baseKeep the clients satisfied and loyal for future servicesSuggesting travel destinationsMaintaining client files, and managing large-scale eventsWork with clients to determine their traveling needsGuide clients on the appropriate styles of transportation, travel dates, costs, and accommodationsManage large-scale events including conferences and retreatsBook transportation and hotel reservations on behalf of clientsOffer remote customer service throughout the booking process, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing support to enhance the villa vacation experienceObtain supplier certifications to stay up to date with the most recent changes in the industryDemonstrate knowledge and recommendation ability in popular vacation destinations around the globeWe offer mentorship and guidance to help you succeed in your role and create outstanding events for our clientsThis is a remote position, providing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home or any location with an internet connection.
