Position Overview

The Manager of Digital Strategy will lead a dynamic team in a highly visible role at FedEx. The selected individual will transform how FedEx interacts with our customers by leading our digital strategy. This team will drive the overall strategic narrative for FedEx and identify opportunities to grow our digital portfolio through market research and business case development.Responsibilities

Determines the demand for products and services offered by the organization by managing marketing programs and research and analyses.May be responsible for a market segment including development, marketing research and analyses, pricing and advertising.Lead a high-performing strategy team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Perform on-going market research to inform our digital portfolio.Scan the market for new opportunities and develop business cases to articulate recommendations.Responsible for developing and maintaining the FedEx digital strategic narrative.Develop and maintain business strategy for our digital portfolio.Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, finance, marketing or other directly related discipline.Five (5) years directly related experience in planning and analyses.Demonstrated computer skills.Strong basic management, human relations, communication and analytical skills.Directly related advanced degrees may offset experience requirements.5 years market research, strategy, management consulting, product management.Direct experience in e-commerce, SaaS platforms and/or other digital products.Benefits
