Qualifications

6-10 years of marketing experience of which:At least 3-5 years is experience managing creative and campaign development, working within an agency or managing agenciesAt least 1-3 years is experience building, interacting and managing social media, including agency management experience or experience working within an agencyAt least 1-3 years is communications experience around thought leadership and other PR initiativesStrong attention to detail, organized and process oriented with the ability to move complex projects alongAn outgoing and collaborative person who can foster strong working relationships with internal teams, agencies and partnersStrong analytical and communication skills; ability to analyze data and communicate trends and insights as they relate to business objectivesA self-starter who can bring a strong point of view on our messaging and creative expression to ensure alignment with strategyDesire to learn and stay up to date with the latest advertising, social and industry trendsResponsibilities

You will spend the majority of your time guiding the strategy and execution of brand programs and advertising campaigns to reach the small business insurance audienceYou will report to the Director of Brand Marketing and you will work in close cross-functional partnership with teams inside and outside of marketingResponsible for implementing brand strategy through marketing communications, advertising assets and brand related programsCraft the strategy and lead execution for social and PR initiatives to generate awareness of our offerings and demonstrate our brand positioningMonitor social channels and lead community engagement efforts, you’ll have the opportunity to develop a new process with customer support to ensure that responses are handled appropriatelyManage PR and thought leadership activities, draft and issue press releases, coordinate with senior stakeholders, media contacts and agencies, etcChampion the brand across the organization through regular interactions to ensure teams are adhering to our standards and embodying our strategy and positioningMeasure and communicate the performance of brand, social and PR initiatives through a monthly dashboardBenefits
