As an interaction designer, you'll need the courage to fail fearlessly, be a tireless and diplomatic advocate for our users, and obsess over ways to create the game-changing software of the future. You'll work with a multi-disciplinary team to create scenarios, workflows, intuitive interfaces, and easy-to-use software.As a business leader from the UX perspective, we are also looking for someone who is no stranger to readouts, set strategies based on business goals, and communicate across and up. User ResearchRoadmaps/user journeysProduct vision from a user's perspectiveBest practice UX solutionsConduct Design Thinking Workshops and gather essential data through customer outreach and solid user researchTake design risks that balance usability and innovationDevelop strong relationships with product teams and act as a trusted design advisorPush the boundaries in interaction design, offering new ideas and solutions for products and patternsThe ideal candidate will have:

8+ years of experience in designBachelor's Degree or global equivalent in Human-Computer Interaction, Information Design, Industrial Design, Human Factors, Cognitive Psychology, or related HCI discipline is preferredExperience in at least one of the UX disciplines: interaction design, information architecture, and prototypingAbility to juggle – metaphorically and perhaps physicallyExperience in empowering awesome in challenging environmentsInsatiable curiosity and an obsession with enterprise software designExcellent communication skills, including experience speaking to technical (engineering, architects) and business (product managers) audiencesCompensation And Benefits

The annual base salary range for this position is $91,200 - $152,000.
