With our historic growth, it is an exciting time to join our team of employee-owners.This opportunity entails directing and leading the proposal strategy and marketing efforts of the division’s super mega or complex mega pursuits throughout the Mid-Atlantic Division states, including Virginia, Maryland, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, Delaware, the Carolinas and Washington, DC. Provides strategic direction and guidance to pursuit team in developing strategies for responding to and preparing materials. This position partners with leadership in the division to drive execution of pursuit strategy to ensure success.What You'll Do:Responsible for leading the proposal activities and marketing efforts for a division’s super mega or complex mega projects.May oversee a group of pursuits led by other marketing staff as well as have a primary leadership focus on a specific, high-level, strategic client or initiative.Leads, participates or facilitates strategy sessions, war rooms and workshops to develop pursuit strategy that is targeted to client needs, and ensures the greatest possibility of success by supporting compliance, readability, and sales messaging of pursuit related materials. This includes driving the established agenda, guiding a creative brainstorming process, challenging and testing ideas, developing pertinent action items and assignments, and documenting the intelligence and outcomes of the sessions.Collaborates with pursuit champions and marketing lead to organize and determine objectives of strategy sessions, war rooms and workshops in accordance with the SSA.
