This role places you in charge of the Boochcraft Social Channels, Blog, Email & Website content, shaping an ongoing narrative for our consumers.You will be responsible for developing a comprehensive content calendar that aligns with key brand moments, holidays, and trends, strategically integrating Boochcraft into relevant conversations in an on-brand manner. Your role involves active participation in content development to ensure the creation of impactful assets tailored for specific channels.Collaborating with the Marketing Director, you will contribute to crafting annual plans aimed at driving new customer acquisition, emphasizing social following, database expansion, and overall brand reach. Managing the Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will provide clear direction and feedback while overseeing multiple projects within a cross-functional team, fostering a seamless workflow.Your responsibilities will extend to storytelling for both product lines – Boochcraft Hard Kombucha and Mood Feel-Good Functional Tonics, including our taproom(s). Strong project management skills are essential, and you should be comfortable communicating with creatives to ensure the accurate delivery of necessary assets.Duties And ResponsibilitiesDeliver quarterly content calendars across blog, email/SMS, social, and website needs; including execution of needed content for channels.Oversee and ensure a consistent posting cadence on all social channels, as well as consistent community engagement.Contribute to and ensure on-time execution of all marketing campaigns – including asset development, influencer & partnership management, and planned activations.Provide regular feedback and optimization recommendations to improve performance and increase our community (followers, database, etc.).Source and execute new partnership opportunities for collaborations and giveaways.Project manage the content creation process for all advertising assets.Support the story framework for each campaign, participating in creative brainstorms to develop creative briefs for external creatives.Ensure alignment of channels to the overall marketing strategy.Support all photoshoots/video shoots with external freelancers, ensuring deliverables are captured for managed channels and loaded promptly to the DAM.Meet budget standards by managing expenses."Own it" = be willing to take a stand for the channels you love!The range for this position is $70,000 - $92,500.RequirementsWhat You’ll Need:Education: 4-year degree preferred (Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a relevant discipline)Experience: Manager – 5+ years of related experience, with 3+ years in social media managementSpecialized Skills: Proficient in project management software (e.g., Asana), CMS (WordPress/Shopify), ESPs (Klayvio, Attentive), all social platforms, Facebook Business Suite, AdWords, and other self-service ad platforms. Strong copywriting skills, including exceptional grammar. Photography & Video skills a plus. Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva experience a plus. Experience & understanding of CPG industry.Key Functions: Social, Email Marketing, Content Development (social, blogs, landing pages, etc.), Copywriting, Project Management.Travel: Occasional travel outside of the territory and overnight may be required.Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
