This position will monitor the industry for new trends, strategize campaigns, and effectively communicate marketing initiatives to internal teams.The Marketing Specialist coordinates volunteers for activities and community outreach, plans and executes community appreciation events, and helps to strengthen our ties within the community. This position will provide administrative work such as approval of invoices related to marketing expenses, ordering marketing and promotional materials, and keeping software up to date.The ideal candidate will bring energy, passion, and a desire for delivering only high-quality work that focuses on the highlights of community banking.
