We do this by providing world-class Project Management, Training, Communication, and Support services so our Independent Operators can focus on what matters: their families, business, customers, and communities. We build strong relationships with our Operators by being transparent and collaborative in all that we do and by looking for ways to improve the operator experience continuously.About The RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Content Developer who will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering learning materials and resources to support educational and training initiatives for our Independent Operators. This role involves creating engaging and effective content that aligns with learning objectives and meets the needs of the target audience. This role reports to the Manager, Training Program.Responsibilities IncludeContent Development: Transform instructional design documents and specifications into tangible learning materials, such as e-learning modules, interactive simulations, video presentations, and written materials.Multimedia Integration: Incorporate various multimedia elements, including graphics, audio, video, and animations, to enhance the quality and interactivity of learning materials.Quality Assurance: Review and test learning materials to ensure they are error-free, user-friendly, and meet established quality standards.Collaboration: Work closely with Instructional Designers, subject matter experts, and other team members to clarify requirements, provide progress updates, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate proficiency in content development software, e-learning authoring tools, graphic design software, and other relevant technology.Instructional Alignment: Ensure that learning materials align with the stated learning objectives, curriculum, and instructional strategies provided by the Instructional Designer.Accessibility Compliance: Ensure that learning materials are designed and developed to meet accessibility standards and guidelines, making them inclusive for all learners.Version Control: Maintain version control and organize learning assets to facilitate easy updates and revisions as needed.Project Management: Manage development projects, ensuring that they are completed within established timelines and budgets.Feedback Integration: Incorporate feedback from users, learners, and stakeholders to continuously improve learning materials.About YouStrong understanding of instructional design principles and methodologies.Proficiency in creating diverse learning materials, including written content, videos, and interactive modules.Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools, learning management systems, and content creation software.Basic graphic design skills to create visuals and illustrations for content.Ability to create and edit multimedia content, such as videos and animations.Capability to adapt content for various learning styles and needs.Proficiency with software and technology relevant to content development and delivery.Effective written and verbal communication to convey complex concepts clearly.Organizational and project management skills to ensure content is delivered on time and within scope.Ability to work collaboratively with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and other stakeholders.Staying updated on educational trends, technology, and best practices in content development.Willingness to receive and act on feedback for continuous improvement.
