Autodesk Education Experiences is a stand-alone team in Worldwide Marketing (WWM) focused on supporting a global audience of accredited institutions and verified educators and students in the K12, secondary, 2-year, and 4-year university segments to design and make anything. Our go-to-market strategy uses the entire Autodesk product portfolio, offered for free, to our education community and learning, curriculum, and certifications; strategic partnerships; and Autodesk Learning Partners. This offering is designed to help position Autodesk as the trusted partner in design and make education, help prepare students for jobs of the future, and to shape the future of the industries we serve across Product Design and Manufacturing; Architecture, Engineering and Construction; and Media and Entertainment.

Position Overview

As our Strategic Partnerships Marketing Manager, you will set partnership co-marketing strategies and go-to-market campaigns for our Design and Manufacturing portfolio in the global education market. You will create the strategies required to meet goals and joint success plans. You will help build the vision and plans to ensure Autodesk becomes a trusted partner with students, educators, and important influencers, aligned and supported by top-tier strategic partners in industry. You will report to the Senior Manager, Content and Campaigns. You will be Hybrid/Remote in US or Canada.

Responsibilities

Manage a select number of strategic partner marketing relationships and develop programs to create measurable impact aligned with our goals and joint partnership goals.Build the annual education strategic partnership co-marketing plan, help establish priority outcomes and success measures, and provide data-driven insights on our performance against our plans as a part of our QBR process.Negotiate co-marketing partnership agreements and manage relationships to maximize engagement and ensure commitment.Maintain ongoing coordination with the Strategy and Strategic Partnerships team to identify opportunities, recruit, assess, and qualify partners, and ensure understanding of goals.Define marketing actions to support partnership and alliance growth opportunities.Radically enhance partner marketing alliances and programs, diversifying to cultivate alliances supporting impact-oriented goals.Work with your peers in teams; Audience Marketing, Field Marketing, Digital, Marketing Operations Technology, and Field Engagement to align strategies and campaign delivery.Secure partner feedback and approval on partnership co-marketing plans.Develop co-marketing campaign creative concepts—e.g., theme, look and feel—from brainstorming through to completion through agency.Deliver campaigns, assets, and playbook(s) to customer-facing teams to complete.Achieve agreed-upon return on marketing investment success metrics (ROMI).Lead iterative improvements and analyze the data and feedback to refine and improve the campaign strategy.Experiment and test new tactics, media channels, content, marketing tools, and partner-led motions.Manage team communication, briefings, and quarterly business updates.Minimum Qualifications

BA/BS degree in marketing, communications, or business administration.8+ years of experience developing global marketing campaigns for a large company.8+ years of experience negotiating and driving global, strategic partnership co-marketing agreements and programs to meet joint goals.Experience influencing large global teams from planning to execution.Proficiency with marketing campaign tools (Draftr, Marketo, CMT (Campaign Management Tool), Allocadia) and data analytics software will be beneficial.Build customer-facing campaigns, assets, creative briefs, and campaign strategy presentations.Preferred Qualifications

Salary Transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $105,900 and $171,380. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
