The Student Engagement, Culinary, & Marketing Specialist will oversee student and community engagement, community/student events driving participation in culinary programs, surveys, focus groups, building initiatives, tastings, showcasing Chartwells K12 programs, and other duties as assigned.Requirement : Culinary experience, food service operations, computer skills, strong organizational and communication skills, customer service/client relationship building, marketing. Must be able to travel to the different schools within the district.Reports to:

Their primary objective is to devise creative and effective methods to enhance participation in child nutrition programs through merchandising, marketing, and promotional initiatives. They demonstrate expertise in developing, implementing, and monitoring cutting-edge marketing practices in line with industry standards. They play a crucial role in promoting child nutrition programs through innovative merchandising, impactful campaigns, and effective communication efforts. You will assist the operation with engaging with the students, parents, staff, and community, marketing, merchandising, and promotions to ensure superior service and maximize profits.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesExecute marketing programs in partnership with operators and regional support teams to ensure continued engagement from students, clients, and communities.Conduct a thorough analysis of customer/resident research, current market conditions, and competitor information.Assist in the formulation and execution of marketing plans and projects and effectively manage the productivity and progress.Regularly monitor, evaluate, and report on all marketing activities and outcomes.Take the lead in developing and executing community engagement strategies.Train and support operators in the implementation of student-facing and front-of-house programs, systems, and processes.Customize marketing materials - e.g. social media posts, flyers, brochures, and client presentations - and coordinate with district communications teams to execute.Assess the front-of-house operations for the student experience, operating standards, and signature programs being in place, and work with operators to monitor results and improve over time.Collect data and report on return on investment and key performance metrics.Collaborate with schools, parents, and community organizations to organize and promote nutrition education events and workshops.Collaborate with the culinary team to develop marketing strategies for new menu items, chef demonstrations, nutrition education lessons, and client delivery.
