Our clients rely on our software to facilitate their virtual recruiting processes and programs for interviews and networking events.Flo Recruit is looking for a UX designer to join our rapidly growing startup based in Austin, Texas.What You’ll DoWork with Product and Engineering to develop designs that create a cohesive experience with the rest of the platform while providing a positive customer experience.Bring a track record in solving complex design problems that incorporate different user requirements and expectations resulting in a seamless and scalable solution.Utilize best practices for web-based architecture and interaction design, user-centered design process, as well as strong knowledge of user experience principles and techniques.Showcase experience designing applications with multiple user touch points for both desktop and mobile.Have proficiency using high fidelity and prototyping tools such as Figma.Maintain a balance between perfection and speed to ensure we can quickly deliver the most valuable solutions for our users.What You Should Have3+ years of UX and UI experience in a high-demand, fast-paced environment.Experience working within and contributing to a design system.Experience with the end-to-end design process (Research & Requirements Gathering, Ideation & Design, Prototyping & Testing).Ability to show work examples that demonstrate your design thinking and problem solving as well as visual design skills.Obsession with improving the user experience and making complex workflows simple and intuitive.Experience working openly alongside product managers, engineers, and leadership in a highly collaborative environment.Experience with user and competitive research.BenefitsMarket-competitive compensation package consisting of base salary and participation in employee stock option pool.Full offering of healthcare benefits, including vision and dental; cost partially subsidized by Flo.Generous PTO and Sick Leave policy.Parental leave policy.Flexible office policy with free parking and IT equipment budget.Remote PolicyAs of May 2022, we have an East Austin office available to those who prefer to work in person.
