As a Junior Marketing Representative at CORA, you would maintain CORA’s overall marketing and sales program at the direction of the Regional Sales Manager. Our ideal candidate has a marketing/Communications degree, previous experience in a sales setting, and takes initiative to get things done.

What You’ll Need
Bachelor’s degree in Communications or Marketing requiredProficient with Microsoft Office Suite – specifically using formulas in Excel requiredStrong time management and organizational skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsGood problem-solving skills with high attention to detailAbility to work effectively in teams and autonomously in a fast-paced environment
What You’ll Do
Develop sales plans to improve visits and payer mixMeet with Operations and Regional Sales Teams to coordinate and adjust sales activity monthlyProvide weekly reviews of sales progress and adjust sales activity accordinglyFocus on obtaining more fee-for-service businessTrain operating management on sales process and account management system
