As the Manager of UX in the Enterprise Division, you’ll shape the culture and processes required for UX design to thrive through the ability to innovate and bring the best UX Processes/Tools and Solutions to play within a large matrixed organization. Core Responsibilities:

Set in place the optimal processes for UX design to succeed by working cross-divisionally and bringing the innovative solutions and practices for all UX design team members to succeed on project both pre and post login. Determine how to optimize workflows and SLAs to be the most efficient to meet the business needs.Work with Content Strategy and Analytics teams on setting what success means and set the overarching data benchmarks to consistently monitor for success.Manage the platforms and tools the UX teams use including Miro, Figma and UserZoom as well as expansion into CMS tools such as Drupal Paragon and our Accessibility tool of Level Access.Lay the ground work with innovative thinking on how the UX Design and Research can be consistently improved and built upon and what it does to help the organization move forward on digital efforts.Sponsor the Digital Design System used by all UX Designers and lead the Cardinal Design Guild responsible for the system.Act as representative with 3rd Party development firms on UX Tools, the Design System and the Drupal component library. Ability to look at the world objectively and guide first principles thinking.Represent the organization on UserZoom UX research needs setting the standards for benchmarking and feedback tab studies.Identify training and development programs for the UX Team discipline and set in place growth and learning as a key under-pinning for all UX teams.Partner with groups in technology, customer experience, innovation, channel marketing, branding and business operations to establish practices for delivering positive end-to-end experiences at all user touch points.Lead, coach and develop a team of UX Designers/Researchers to be able to articulate the vision of the digital properties they work on, back up design decisions with data and collaborate successfully with stakeholders.Define, manage and plan yearly roadmap, strategy and timelines for digital design and public facing websites.Manage yearly budget and contracts associated with digital experience success.Gather, manage and prioritize requirements for large-scale UX projects.Responsible for both product planning and execution. This includes managing the UX products throughout the design process and product lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing requirements, data, research, defining the vision and working closely with engineering to deliver winning solutions.Minimum Qualifications:

BFA or equivalent degree, or relevant work experience in digital experience.10 years of experience in the digital space.Experience leading digital teams through the strategy and design of digital go-to-market programs and enterprise utility software.Overarching understanding of the intersection of business, technology and design disciplines to reach corporate goals.Ability to get a wide variety of stakeholders to buy in on a vision.Experience guiding the professional development of direct reports through routine mentorship and coaching.Record/case-studies in leading teams through user-centered digital experience solutions that also translate business needs.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Demonstrated success in defining and launching products that meet and exceed business objectives.Proficient in the use of Figma and ability to produce work quickly.Understanding of working with development teams, creation of requirements documents and supporting an Agile processes/methodologies.Preferred Qualifications:

Communication and relationship building skills to coach and lead team members.Analytical and problem solving skills to work on complex challenges requiring an in-depth evaluation of various factors.Experience with vendor management and budget control.Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.Experience with Drupal or other CMS platforms.Working Conditions:

Compensation:

The US salary for this position generally ranges between $115,000 - $155,000 annually. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications and operational needs. Salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law. Additionally in the US, this position is typically eligible for an Annual Bonus based on the Company Bonus Plan/Individual Performance and is at the Company’s discretion.
