A little bit about the role…
We are looking for a Senior Designer that enjoys working on a small team with big ideas. The Senior Designer will create and support the development of concepts, design, and execution of reliable artwork for branding, digital, environmental, and print projects. You will be responsible for:
Developing creative concepts, direction, and approaches for a variety of projects across brand, digital, print, and environmental design.
Working with team members and clients to deliver a high standard of visual execution that is on brief and on brand.
Interpreting creative guidelines to produce accurate design/art direction deliverables.
Managing multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions.
Supervising and coordinating freelance illustrators, photographers, designers, and videographers.
Reviewing and confirming accuracy and quality of printer proofs and digital prototypes.
Preparing final press-ready files based on supplied specifications.
Identifying operational opportunities and recommending work process improvements.
We are excited about you because…
You have 5+ years of experience with creative teams in an agency or in-house.
You have experience designing for brand development, email and web design, direct mail, social media, and infographics.
You have technical expertise in long-form publication design, A/B testing, and variable data.
You are fluent in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects), Canva, and Sketch or Figma.
You are detail-oriented and organized.
You remain calm under deadlines and manage your time effectively.
You have a positive outlook and welcome feedback.
