If you are a hands-on, versatile marketer (meaning you like a little bit of everything) with top-notch cross-team collaboration & communication skills, then keep reading!Reporting to the VP Marketing at Gainbridge, you’ll be a team athlete, working on projects across the entire customer experience from brand building to customer acquisition. You’ll work on creating ad copy & SEO content that converts, overseeing cross-channel creative strategy & process, analyzing campaign & website data, and partnering with our marketing agency to execute.What You’ll Do:Marketing Operations:Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns across the customer experience, ensuring seamless coordination between various teams and tools.Implement and optimize creative delivery processes to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.Marketing Analytics:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and report on key performance metrics.Manage data hygiene and integrity within the marketing tools.Creative Development:Work closely with product marketing and our marketing agency to create on-brand marketing materials that educates our customers and converts.Provide creative direction and feedback to ensure marketing collateral meets quality standards and brand guidelines.Copywriting:Develop compelling and effective copy for various marketing channels, including emails, landing pages, advertisements, and social media.Ensure consistency in messaging and brand voice across all communication channels.Collaborate with content creators to align copy with broader content strategies.Project Management:Lead end-to-end project management for marketing initiatives, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scopes, objectives, and requirements.Identify and mitigate potential project risks, and escalate issues when necessary.About You:Requirements:Proven experience in marketing operations, copywriting, and/or creative development (3-5 years).Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.Proficiency in marketing tools (e.g., Google, Salesforce, etc) and project management platforms.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and creativity.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools is a plus.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work cross-functionally to deliver on the customer’s needs.Superb communication skills (interpersonal, verbal, email, and presentation).Ability to roll up your sleeves to get work done while also collaborating and communicating with your marketing squad and cross-functional teams.Proven track record in leading go-to-market and driving launches in new markets and offerings.Soft skills:Positive attitude, team-player, self-starter mentality.Passion for learning from customers to understand their challenges and needs.A high sense of urgency and ownership.Passion for leadership and growth.Results-driven.Nice to have:Interest in and experience with the fintech or insurance industry is a plus.Life at Group1001:Our culture:We are building the financial services company of the future that reflects the progressing world today.What we offer:Competitive salary based on experience.401k match plus the usual medical, dental, vision, life, and disability benefits.Generous vacation policy.A challenging and fulfilling opportunity to join one of the most innovative teams in the fintech industry.Compensation:The base pay for this position ranges from $90,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $110,000/year in our highest geographic market.Benefits Highlights:Employees (and their families) are eligible to participate in the Company’s comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plan options.
