JOB SUMMARYAt iA, the Manager of Growth Marketing is pivotal in driving the company's growth initiatives through the development of G2M plans, product marketing support and sales support. This individual will be an energetic and intuitive marketing strategist. Proven ability to identify opportunities and deliver effective strategies to generate results. This position is responsible for aiding the organization in driving growth. The Manager, Growth Marketing reports to the Senior Director, Growth Marketing.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSProduct Go To Market Planning:Work alongside product teams to plan, execute, and optimize go-to-market strategies for new product launches, working with brand on the marketing campaigns across various digital platforms.Utilize A/B testing and other methodologies to improve campaign performance.Develop sales enablement alongside product teams.Content Development:Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and relevant content for marketing campaigns that feed top of funnel initiatives.Ensure content aligns with brand messaging and resonates with the target audience.Analytics and Reporting:Utilize data analytics to assess the performance of marketing initiatives.Prepare regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:Work closely with product, sales, pricing, legal, solutions engineering and brand teams to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.Provide marketing support for product launches and updates.Provide support for customer facing sales presentations and proposals to ensure brand continuity and messaging accuracy & effectiveness.Budget Management:Manage the growth marketing budget efficiently, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.Monitor and report on budget performance against key performance indicators.Market Research:Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.Use market insights to inform marketing strategies and positioning.REQUIRED SKILLS/SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.5+ years of work experience in growth marketing, strategy consulting, or business operations at a high-growth company.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Experience with marketing technology and collaboration & analytics tools.Strong Project Management skills.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.If you are a creative thinker, excellent listener, and a strong project manager, and are passionate about building and enhancing growth marketing, please apply!
