Your Next OpportunityThe Associate Graphic Designer is responsible for assisting in the overall design and development of creative content across the company in alignment with the company brand and messaging for print and digital media. This includes advertising campaigns, magazine spreads, trade show graphics, promotional collateral, presentations, social media graphics, banners, posters and more. The position will support the day-to-day marketing operations by creating materials used for a wide variety of uses.

What You’ll DoAssist with creating a corporate collateral suite (brochures, proposal/presentation templates, banners, exhibit booths) and supporting materials.Support development and design of quarterly corporate newsletter/magazine.Create, identify, and edit graphic images and photos based on strict brand standards and guidelines for print, social media, and web.Create digital images for animation.Corporate photography support and coordination with teams across the country.Assist in the design & management of corporate apparel and promotional items.Transferring audio/video files for editing, support editing process as needed.Collaborate with users of templates to ensure alignment with branding and messaging- particularly in the use of Adobe Creative Suite software but also with Microsoft products (ensure typography, images maintain integrity).Revises projects as necessary based on collaborative feedback process.

What You Bring To UsBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field preferred.1-3 years of general graphic design experience in corporate environment, preferably in an Architectural, Engineering and/or Construction industry.Working knowledge Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro).Can be a combination of education, training, and relevant experience.

What You’ll Need To Be SuccessfulUse feedback and follow-up for the execution of designs.Proof all text and design elements for accuracy, clarity, and adherence to technical requirements.Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro).Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.); Oracle preferred.Prioritize and manage multiple tasks, changing priorities as necessary.Work under pressure and adapt to changing requirements with a positive attitude.Oral and written communication skills as required for the position.Self-motivated, proactive and an effective team player.Interact effectively and professionally with all levels of employees, both management and staff alike, vendors, clients, and others.

Working ConditionsGeneral work environment - sitting for extended periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending. Work is conducted primarily indoors with varying environmental conditions such as fluorescent lighting and air conditioning.Noise level is typically low to medium.Occasional lifting of up to 30 lbs.
