The Marketing Programs Manager is an individual contributor role responsible for management of assigned marketing programs and promotions. The near-term focus of this position includes overseeing warranty marketing programs, warranty card administration and analysis of marketing programs to determine effectiveness. With a major new warranty program initiative launching this spring, a primary initial focus with this role will be driving the successful launch of this new program. This will include supporting go-to-market initiatives with distribution and serving as the project coordinator before, during, and after program implementation. Regular interaction with the internal Carrier warranty administration team and an external 3rd party partner to ensure smooth project execution from a technical standpoint is a key part of the role. The role will also include serving as the project lead when new warranty programs are requested for consideration. This will include analysis of historical warranty claims data to determine projected program financial impact. This position requires strong leadership, organization, problem-solving and communication skills, along with the ability to work effectively within a fast-paced organization. Prior experience with warranty, project management and analysis would be very beneficial in this role. Scope and responsibilities of this position may evolve over time based on key future corporate initiatives.Key Responsibilities:

Serve as cross-functional lead with implementation and execution of new warranty initiative.Provide comprehensive program support internally and externally post-launch.Facilitate collaboration between Carrier Digital Team and 3rd party partner’s technical team as needed to address any system/application issues with the new initiative.Coordinate and execute program go-to-market strategy elements both internally and externally.Serve as primary resource both internally and with distribution regarding program questions and any issues.Compile metrics and monthly reporting on program effectiveness.Collaborate with product marketing, technical literature, and legal teams when warranty card updates and/or card creation are needed.Ensure warranty cards are updated as needed within required timeframes.Evaluation of new proposed warranty programs and related analysis.Analysis of performance of marketing programs to determine effectiveness.Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree.2+ years of experience in marketing programs and promotions.Preferred Qualifications:

Strong background and experience with marketing promotions.Project management experience, or similar experience.Experience with or knowledge of warranty administration.Hands-on experience working with 2-step distribution.Proven ability to influence and work effectively across all levels of the organization.Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to pull data from assorted sources and synthesis in both graphic and verbal format, so that it is easily understood by the target audience.Proven capacity to communicate professionally in written and verbal format across a wide audience.Proven track record of being able to continually assess performance and make recommendations for necessary actions to improve ROI results.Thorough understanding of marketplace dynamics including industry trends and assessment of key competitors’ programs.Advanced level skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Highly organized with strong attention to detail, while also able to manage multiple priorities.Superior follow-up and follow-through skills.Carrier is An Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
