Company offers a nice work environment and prioritizes work/life balance.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesTo perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform the following duties and responsibilities:Develop, design, execute, and monitor marketing and promotional strategies to support company growthDefine a clear and executable plan for marketing content and social media marketing, including LinkedInDevelop, protect, and maintain a successful public image and brand persona for sustainable advantage against our competitors and attract prospective customers and business partnersReview current marketing trends and advertisements to determine the effectiveness of different styles and strategiesDevelop and maintain reporting and analytics of our marketing strategy; create forecast models that will determine the targets by which the team will measure performance and will partner with leadership on to make recommendations on strategyCollaborate with teams to develop successful strategies and campaigns designed to attract new customers (leads) and retain and grow business with current clienteleEnsure alignment of all marketing and advertising activities with company core values and objectives, and consistency of best-in-class customer experience and messaging throughout all offerings and servicesMessaging and value proposition refinementSales support, enablement, and collateral developmentContent creation and curation for social mediaPerformance Analysis MarketingSEO and non-paid search optimizationPR/Media RelationsInternal communicationsExternal/Investor communicationsEvent support & managementAct as RO / VPE Brand AmbassadorWebsite messaging and managementOther projects and duties as assigned
