in San Marcos, CA who possesses:Proficient with InDesignPrior print / digital production experiencePrevious corporate experience for at least 2-3 yearsResponsibilitiesAssist with design, design production, and proofing of both printed and digital promotional materialsAssist with marketing needs from presentations and social media to website updates and sampling effortsMaintain and manage archives of design materialsAdministrative duties such as updating spreadsheets and filingAssist with special projects as neededRequirementsExtensive knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Microsoft Office programs - (this is a must have requirement)Proven graphic design knowledge, print production skills are a mustCreative self-starter with strong work ethicAbility to turn jobs around quickly, efficiently, and accuratelyMac proficiencyGood sense of typographic principles, layout composition, and color theoryBasic knowledge of photography and web designAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlinesAble to learn new tasks quickly with minimal supervisionDetailed-oriented, strong organizational skills, able to get along well with othersExperienceClerical skills or previous office experience a plus3+ years of experience as a professional graphic designerCertificate, associate's degree or bachelor's degree in Design, Design Communications, Fine Arts or equivalentPay:
