Position Overview:

F45 Kingsgate is searching for a Fitness Sales & Social Media Lead who is passionate about fitness and possesses a talent for nurturing community connections. Your role is pivotal in expanding our studio’s reach, requiring a blend of enthusiastic salesmanship and social media savvy. Ideal candidates can confidently handle over 70 warm calls daily, demonstrate exceptional customer service, and are driven to surpass sales targets. Comfortable with over 70 warm calls daily and adept at exceeding sales targets.

Create and curate compelling social media content that speaks to the heart of our F45 community.

Use analytics to inform strategies that expand our online presence and member engagement in partnership with Studio Management and external marketing partners.

Job Requirements:

Customer Service Pro:

Exceptional customer service skills with a customer-first mindset.

Tech Knowledge:

Familiarity with MindBody (preferred) and CRM platforms like LoyalSnap (or others) to manage lead management & member communications.

Social Media Expert:

Ability to craft engaging posts, stories, and reels with a strong social media presence to drive member and user engagement.

Membership Sales Expertise:

Solid sales background, comfortable with quota-driven environments.

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written abilities.

Fitness Enthusiast:

A passion for health and wellness.

Multitasking:

Capable of thriving in a dynamic setting that may require meeting with Members, assisting them as a SME of F45 Services at the studio.

Team Collaboration:

Works well within the F45 team framework.

Flexible Schedule:

Openness to work flexible hours for the sales aspect and commission structure within it. This role requires someone driven by sales goals and ambition.

Additional Requirements Include:

Ability to take 1-2+ F45 classes per week to effectively describe the workout to prospective clients and to collaborate with members and staff for media content creation.

Collaborate with local businesses for grassroots marketing campaigns.

Education and/or Experience Required:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

CPR/AED Certified (preferred).

Compensation:

$19.00 to $20.00 per hour DOE base, plus commission on New Client Sales, plus Sales Commission eligible for recurring Membership Sales.
