Sr. Business Analyst – Marketing Analytics

who will help our MarTech Business Insights team manage our analytics instances, plan for future growth and purpose strategic changes that help Donaldson to become a more data-driven company. You'll also be part of a fast-paced and fun MarTech team located at our corporate headquarters in Bloomington, MN, and will have the opportunity to work with business partners around the globe. Participate in discovery to identify core business goals and KPIs that empower the creation of reports, dashboards, analysis, and optimization - globally.Work collaboratively with marketing and business teams to implement a digital analytics strategy that drives enterprise architecture - creating one-view of web users - providing the framework for personalization, marketing automation, and data-driven decisions.Support in-depth analysis of digital campaigns, websites, mobile apps, and content performance in order to drive user acquisition and retention.Partner with team to develop analytics strategy in support of content development and user experience to influence the evolution of web/eCommerce and other digital interaction points.Oversee consistent global data collection strategy across all digital channels.Support decisions regarding the investment, management, and use of analytics tools.Functional Responsibilities:

Own product strategy and solution, from discovery to delivery and identify business value and end-user outcomes including key performance indicators.Develop dashboards and regular reports and analysis of key metrics related to various digital efforts. Deliver actionable insights and recommendations. Provide standardized and ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed.Maintain prioritization and refinement of the product backlog, deciding what to build and when, partnering with Business Insights and development teams to estimate features, define requirements, and collaborate on a product roadmap based on the team’s capacity.Analyze market and competitive conditions to strike a clear path towards the business value of the product and make that clear to the team that serves the customer.Analyze and address the critical product risks including value, usability, feasibility, and business viability.Use quantitative and qualitative data for thorough analysis to identify what to build or optimize.Partner with internal resources and external vendors to identify business needs, measurement plans, and key performance indicators.Identify necessary data sources; perform collection and reporting of data from multiple sources.Manage data collection requirements and implementation for various digital properties. Perform necessary setup work in the tag management tool as well as quality assurance tasks.Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, business, or digital marketing discipline.Knowledge of digital analytics principles and implementation requirements.4+ years of experience with web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics.2 years of experience in product or program management.Preferred Qualifications:

Adobe Analytics and Adobe Analytics certification.Google Analytics and Google AdWords certification.Experience/working knowledge of Business Intelligence Analytics (Tableau or Power BI) also a plus.Experience/working knowledge of marketing automation tools (Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot, etc.) and/or CRM solutions (Dynamics 365, Salesforce).Experience with tag management tools such as Adobe Launch Tag Manager and Google Tag Manager.Excellent communication skills.Experience with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Key words:
