Job Summary

Responsible for leading the frontline communications to Comcast’s world class SMB Sales and Sales Support organizations. Is the “voice of sales,” providing input and helping influence Comcast Businesses most strategic initiatives which are critical to driving business plan attainment (revenue and subscriber growth). Quarterbacks the development of converged, comprehensive change management communications plans through all phases of the ideation, development, pre-launch, launch and post-launch phases. Works cross functionally in a highly matrixed environment, collaborating with key stakeholders to understand, care for and influence business objectives, leadership priorities, key strategic initiative details and organizational & employee impacts. Continuously innovates the communication strategy, approach and tools utilized to enable sellers. Provides closed loop feedback to inform marketing, sales operations and business development roadmaps. Leadership position with accountability for 1 or more direct reports.

Primary Responsibilities

Daily responsibilities including content creation and curation. Able to distill complex initiatives into straightforward content that resonates with frontline sales and sales support teams, articulating “why it matters” in a meaningful and impactful way across a variety of teams and segments.Responsible for successfully implementing our business initiatives and providing our sellers timely, trusted, necessary and targeted insights and information.Detail oriented and operationally proficient with deep understanding of prospecting, ordering and billing systems tools and systems. Subject matter expert using and influencing innovation of Comcast Business sales enablement platform, MySource.Develop innovative ways to educate internal customers by monitoring feedback and analyzing data to ensure content is optimized for our users, creating user experiences that are educational, helpful, and delightful.Deep knowledge of Comcast Business services, growth plan and organizational structure. Is able to draw a golden thread through organizational activities, connecting frontline sales and sales support teams to business plan objectives.Consensus builder, able to associate seemingly disparate efforts and bring initiatives and teams together across a complex ecosystem.Leads a professional team that oversees and executes multiple large-scale projects simultaneously and has senior executive level visibility. Significant decision-making and leadership responsibilities for Comcast Businesses most impactful initiatives.Core Responsibilities

Manages Marketing expenses in order to ensure that they are within budget parameters.Manages local promotions, events marketing and coordinates with Direct Sales staff.Consults with Marketing/Sales to identify, define, size and prioritize strategic analytics opportunities.Gathers and communicates marketing campaign information and customer feedback in order to promote a common understanding of marketing campaigns, changes and issues.Oversees the development and maintenance of the demographic and other market data as needed in order to support Marketing goals.Works to engage stakeholders in both the development and launch of marketing plans.Translates business needs into analysis designs providing insight, knowledge and understanding of customers, products and industries.Maintains and improves ongoing Marketing programs, analyses and reports.Develops new ideas and communicates potential uses for analytics across the business.Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Primary Location Pay Range: $109,459.62 - $164,189.43

Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.

Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
