Lead and manage a team of product marketing professionals, providing guidance and mentorship.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and identify new market opportunities.Conduct market research and analysis to inform marketing plans.Oversee the creation of compelling product messaging and positioning.Work closely with the sales team to provide necessary tools and training.Drive the development and execution of go-to-market plans for new product launches.Monitor and analyze key performance metrics for marketing campaigns.Collaborate seamlessly with internal partners.Keys To Success

Develop the skills and capabilities of team members.Align the team's efforts with the overall product marketing strategy.Understand the target market and stay updated on market dynamics.Find opportunities for product differentiation and market growth.Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Define product positioning and differentiated value propositions.Connect campaigns to product capabilities to increase awareness.Handle marketing budgets effectively.Experience

3-5 years of dynamic marketing experience in diagnostics, medical devices, or related fields preferred.Proven track record in leading successful healthcare-focused marketing initiatives.Deep understanding of healthcare landscape and trends.Familiarity with healthcare technologies and digital marketing platforms.Experience in clinician engagement preferred.Skills & Abilities

The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $115,000.00-$157,400.00.
