DescriptionEssential Job Functions

Collaborate with the Corporate Marketing department to support company initiatives by planning, executing, and tracking integrated marketing campaigns: email, event, video, social media, ads, media, and website.

Account and project management – develop digital marketing strategies and manage day-to-day execution across the Rimkus family of companies.

Ensure alignment of strategies, tactical programs, communications, messaging, and activities across marketing channels, including but not limited to website, social media, paid media, digital advertising, content and messaging, email, and sales enablement.

Assist with strengthening Rimkus’ brand in all forms of media.

Evaluate and monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis by analyzing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports, forecast budgeting, and assessing ROI and KPIs.

Partner with corporate marketing team members and Rimkus employees to facilitate content development.

Manage lead generation and acquisition marketing across search, display, email, and social media to help drive conversions.

Help manage relationships with external vendors to ensure high-quality and timely marketing program execution and competitiveness. Vendors may include web developers, media reps, and marketing agencies.

Assist with developing advertisements for digital and print media.

Assist in developing reporting benchmarks and dashboards; measure digital program performance against KPIs; draw insights and learnings from marketing effectiveness.

Participate and attend sales meetings, corporate events, and conferences as needed.

Perform other marketing and administrative duties as assigned.

Required Education and Professional Certifications

Bachelor’s degree with ten plus years of experience preferred.

Google Ads certified.

PMP certification is a plus.

Required Skills and Abilities

Demonstrated leadership and creative project management experience.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Digitally savvy with experience developing digital strategies, defining, optimizing, and tracking marketing campaigns.

Superior project management skills, including preparing written plans and schedules, identifying objectives, coordinating and directing project teams, and managing budgets.

High level of confidence, integrity, enthusiasm, and executive presence that fits a fast-paced, energetic, and proactive organization.

A keen eye for detail and ability to produce high-quality content.

Self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Strong analytical skills to analyze metrics and create reports.

Experience managing SEO, display advertising, social media, email, and marketing databases. Campaigns and working knowledge of HTML and CSS development and constraints are preferred.

Working knowledge of MS CRM and D365 Marketing tool.

Graphic design and knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, HTML, and CSS preferred.

Physical Demands and Travel Requirements

Work is performed primarily in an office setting, and employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, bend, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk, and hear. The position requires the ability to speak, write, and communicate clearly. Employee may lift and move up to 25 pounds. In addition to physical requirements, the employee must be sharp, focused, and alert while performing their duties and interacting with clients, coworkers, and vendors. Must possess the mental aptitude, cognition, concentration, and state of mind necessary to perform their job duties, with minor distractions that could jeopardize employee productivity, quality of work, and safety to self and others.

The Salary Range for this position is $75,000 - $90,000 and is dependent on education, experience, location and certifications/licensure.
