Join our team as we help shape the future.The Hartford is evolving the sales enablement resources of our employee benefits products and services, and we’re looking for the right person to join the strategic team making it happen. The successful candidate will be engaged in both the vision and execution of creating a cutting edge and capable experience throughout the customer journey to drive both growth and retention. This team member will play a key role in expanding, managing, and maintaining that environment, in collaboration with our external digital agency and numerous internal partners and stakeholders. In addition, there will be a strong focus on content development in support of our Absence Management business within our sales enablement platforms.This position will be involved in all phases of initiatives and so requires both a creative and strategic mindset plus the attention to detail needed to manage projects through to completion. Light design and strong writing will be preferred skills of the successful candidate.This role will have a Hybrid work arrangement, with the expectation of working in the Hartford, CT office 3 days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday).Responsibilities:

Collaborate internally with Marketing Leads, Subject Matter Experts, and members of Sales and Account Management to ensure we are positioning and presenting our value proposition as effectively as possible.Using an agile test-and-learn methodology, partner with the broader team and external agency to envision, launch, enhance and maintain the sales and customer experience platform and associated omni-channel marketing deliverables.Become the team expert on using a CMS to enhance and maintain content on the marketing platform.Develop engaging and effective slide content, bringing technical topics to life.Support the execution of our absence claims experience narrative in all marketing deliverables.Support the tracking and analytics of deliverables to understand effectiveness and inform future iterations.Qualifications:

5+ years marketing, insurance industry experience preferred.Bachelor’s degree required.Ability to work in a matrixed environment with diverse business teams such as sales, account management, claims, strategy and more.Proactive, adaptable, comfortable with ambiguity.Superior communication skills, both oral & written.Proven ability to convey technical topics with clarity and excitement.Strong PowerPoint skills.Detailed project manager.Excellent interpersonal skills.Must adapt well to new technology.Belief in test, learn, pivot.Preferred skills:

Although this is not a graphic design role, this person should have an aptitude for design.Experience using a CMS.Light video editing.Compensation:

The listed annualized base pay range is primarily based on analysis of similar positions in the external market. Actual base pay could vary and may be above or below the listed range based on factors including but not limited to performance, proficiency and demonstration of competencies required for the role. The base pay is just one component of The Hartford’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term or annual bonuses, long-term incentives, and on-the-spot recognition.
