Team Velocity is seeking a

Product Marketing Manager

to support the Corporate Marketing Team. The Product Marketing Manager plays an integral role in the development of product marketing strategies to establish strategic direction and product positioning. The person in this role is responsible for leading and contributing to projects that drive revenue growth and support product penetration goals.Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, you will be responsible for introducing new products or enhancing an existing product by communicating the product’s value to our target audiences. You will lead the development and management of B2B product marketing programs to support business objectives.You will manage marketing efforts to promote products and their features to our target audiences and bring new products to market through progressive product launch campaigns. Serving as a product expert, you will work closely with the product development team and key shareholders to craft product descriptions, identify compelling features and develop value propositions that will attract and retain customers. Your campaigns will include lead generation strategies as well as content creation/curation for the website, social media platforms and sales collateral.You will focus on market positioning, conduct thorough competitor analysis and perform market research to understand what consumers look for in their ideal products.Our ideal candidate is both creative and strategic with keen project management skills. We are looking for a self-starter with confidence in building impactful product messaging and experience in developing product marketing campaigns from start to finish. Experience in and knowledge of basic marketing, messaging and search engine optimization tactics is required to ensure a product campaign reaches a wide audience. You are highly detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A team-player and roll-up-your-sleeves attitude are a must!This is a full-time, salaried, remote position. Employee must be located within the Continental U.S., Eastern or Central time zone preferred, but all are welcome to apply.Responsibilities:Work closely with the VP of Marketing to develop and implement the product marketing strategy; plans may include email campaigns, webinars, PPC campaigns, SEO strategies and website updates, video content, sell sheets, and more.Build and maintain all product marketing collateral, including product guides, sales materials, pricing documents and more.Plan and execute B2B product marketing campaigns to drive engagement, leads and promote awareness of all products and features.Build and maintain monthly product marketing deliverable calendar.Lead and ensure the consistency in the messaging, branding, content, and look-and-feel of all internal and external product communications and marketing materials.Work closely with the product development team and key stakeholders to understand our product roadmap.Continuously track and report on B2B marketing initiatives.Basic Qualifications:BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business, Public Relations, Communication, or related field.4-6 years’ professional experience in marketing, public relations, or related field.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Exceptional analytical and deductive reasoning skills.Fluent in all social media platforms.Understanding of paid digital advertising and Google Ads a plus.Basic knowledge of WordPress a plus.Excellent time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in Google Docs suite, including Google Docs, Slides, Sheets and the Google Drive platform.Enjoys collaboration, working as a team and has a sense of humor.Ability to work independently but also follow direction.Flexibility to work extra hours on special projects.Some travel required (conferences/events).Compensation:Competitive compensation will be commensurate with experience.
