Tell us what yours is and apply.About the roleWe're looking for a highly creative individual who takes initiative, has an ownership mindset, is obsessed with pixel-perfect design, and loves working alongside teammates from all kinds of different backgrounds. Prior web3 experience is optional. Passion for web3 and how it will change the internet is required.In this role you will:Work on product design across all of Dialect’s offerings, from its flagship mobile app through its drop-in web and mobile developer tooling.Develop and maintain a single, consistent design language across our entire brand and product line, and work collaboratively with the team to maintain it.Develop detailed UI/UX flows, collecting feedback both internally and externally.Develop pixel-perfect experiences that we then ship toward rapidly and iteratively.QA what we ship to ensure it is consistent with your designs.You might be a great fit for this role if:You have 4+ years of experience in product design.You have extensive experience with best-in-class design software like Figma.You are obsessive about pixel-perfect product design.You know how to ship fast and iteratively. You understand that perfect is a horizon approached by shipping.You can drive product decisions forward across the whole organization.You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.Bonus points if you:Have experience managing a team, or serving in more general product roles.Are already deep in some web3 communities and understand the ethos.
