Role Purpose:

Ardent Mills is seeking a dynamic Sr. Customer Marketing Manager to join our marketing and communications teams. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic customer and segment marketing and engagement plans to drive business results. You will lead omni-channel marketing projects targeting specific customer segments and customers, collaborating across departments to ensure seamless execution. You will set strategies for customer marketing broadly; you will also engage directly with many of our customers, and you will manage team members that are also focused on customer marketing.What You’ll Do:

Own the strategy, execution & maintenance of a lifecycle marketing strategy for communications throughout the customer journey.Directly manage team members that are also focused on customer marketing, providing management support, and coaching for their growth and development.Work with the commercial function, including but not limited to marketing, sales, R&D and Emerging Nutrition (our Alternative Grains center of expertise) to frame, develop and shape value propositions by customer segment, selling these into the organization and empowering functions to leverage these to optimize and grow our business.Collaborate cross-functionally to manage the planning and execution of segment and customer growth plans.Support the management of the strategic account planning processes and execution of sales enablement tools.Creatively bring our customer stories to life, supporting our demand generation, media, press, web, digital and overall brand strategies with social proof.Partner with Insights & Analytics group to develop and monitor key segment insights and make these customized, meaningful, and actionable for our customers.Partner in managing the content marketing calendar and supporting customer campaign activities.Take the lead on organizing marketing team members (within customer marketing and product marketing) to support needs of our largest and most strategic accounts.Work closely with marketing teams across North America to identify specific market needs and plan for asset creation and management.Support our Customer Advisory Board program, a standing panel of customers empowered to provide feedback on topics relevant to our business partnership.Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in related field required, Master's Degree preferred.Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in related field.2+ years of people management experience.Experience in the development and execution of customer/channel marketing strategy.Enjoys processes and the opportunity to analyze results and build recommendations based on successes or challenges.Able to effectively manage many projects simultaneously.Experience in business-to-business marketing; consumer marketing experience is also a plus.Food manufacturing experience preferred.Experience with CRM and Marketing Automation platforms (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud) preferred.Strong organizational, planning, analytical, presentation, and communication skills.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.Ability to identify customer insights that drive behavior change.Ability to lead and coordinate work groups.Ability to present solutions and ideas for unique challenges.Location:

COMPETITIVE COMPENSATION: We provide market-driven base pay, based on skills, abilities, and level of experiences. Our salary ranges are broad, and individual salary will be market competitive based on a candidate’s unique set of skills and level of experience. The starting range for this position is $113,500.00 - $151,407.30, with additional earning potential possible commensurate with experience. Additionally, we believe that our team members are the reason for our success and all team members are incentive eligible with a target based on contribution, company performance, and individual results achieved.
