We're looking for an experienced Product Designer to join our design team at Compass Technology. This is an opportunity to do highly impactful work on innovating processes and user flows on SAP software for enterprise-level tasks, with specific areas of focus such as sales, invoicing, financial reporting, etc.In this role, you will have a close partnership with our operators (end-users) and a cross-functional agile team to help influence the roadmap, product strategy, and ultimately the User Experience.You will collaborate and work closely with the Service Design Manager and development team to solve problems and work on scaling the product together.
What you’ll be doing:Conduct comprehensive research and immersion into internal processes, such as financial reporting, to gain deep insights.Create "To-Be" user interfaces (UIs) using SAP Fiori, assembling components as necessary.Customize and finalize UI designs, including minor modifications when required.Perform UI testing with actual users using tools like SAP's Build Me and/or Figma.Iterate on UI designs based on feedback from multiple stakeholders and user studies, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with user needs.What you'll bring:Education in Interaction Design, Computer Science or similarExperience working in Digital teams in Technology or similar firmsExperience in designing out-of-the-box Enterprise Level ERP Systems for large-scale implementationDesign Thinking ExpertAdvanced knowledge of User Experience Research and Testing MethodologiesIdeally with SAP / Fiori experience (Optional) or similar (e.g. Salesforce etc)This role for you if:You love fast-paced startup environmentYou are curious and willing to go above and beyond the job descriptionYou make a great thought partner with the cross-functional teamsYou are an excellent storyteller and communicatorYou exude a can-do attitude and enthusiasmExperience using, building, design systems and UI component librariesExperience with information visualization and design.Proficiency with the full-stack of design tools, from conception to delivery.Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environmentApply to Compass Group today!Compass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
