Quorum Hotels and Resorts is looking for a dynamic
Corporate Marketing Manager
to join the team in
Plano, Texas!The Corporate Marketing Manager is responsible for operations within the company’s marketing function. Works in conjunction with the Commercial Strategy team to ensure maximum yield is achieved for the portfolio.
Essential Requirements:Develops and implements marketing plans and campaigns meant to promote the management company, and the hotel portfolio.Understands industry and competitive trends and identifies and targets specific new or underserved markets.Assists with the production of print, online, or other forms of advertisement, and organizes special events or promotions.Establishes metrics defining campaign performance; modifies campaigns based on ROI analysis.Lead presentation of marketing effort on hotel owners’ calls.Ensure marketing spend achieves ROI and is in accordance with the hotel budget.Ensure company brand standards are clearly communicated and maintained.Lead branding effort across multiple disciplines such as HR, business development, operations, and sales.Establishes a social media strategy and ensures regular production of content for the management company.Attend team meetings and any other functions required by management.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications:At least 3+ years progressive experience in a corporate marketing leadership role.Experience with major hotel brands – Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt and IHG preferred.Experience working with digital media and design software.Ability to work stressful situations while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.Ability to anticipate needs, navigate challenging situations positively, and collaborate with others.Must have the ability to assimilate complex information, data, etc. from disparate sources and consider, adjust, or modify to meet the needs of the situation.Must be effective at listening to, understanding, clarifying, and resolving the concerns and issues raised by supervisor, peers, team members, and guests.Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with supervisor/owner/guests/team members.Must have a valid driver’s license.Amazing Benefits!Paid holidays & paid sick time.Vacation time off.Travel discounts.Education program - if you are looking for a career in Hospitality, you can take advantage of our
