Bachelor's level degree required, ideally in marketing5-8 years of marketing, product and/or portfolio brand management experience, agency or directStrong analytical capabilities with demonstrated history of using testing, analyzing, refining and testing methodologyAbility to work creatively and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyComputer proficiency with Microsoft Office requiredResponsibilities

You will focus on the delivery of marketing programs and specific marketing tactics that drive interest among potential students within a defined target market leading to new enrollments and supporting the retention of existing students through graduationYou will also be the key point of contact for the partner university's marketing team and Academic Partnerships' (AP) support teams coordinating the internal resources for marketing & enrollment plan executionThis position will support the Sr. Director Leader's creation and oversight of their enrollment budget and P&L management responsibilities for assigned universitiesIn addition to directing and implementing a variety of marketing programs and tactics from conception to completion, the Vertical Marketing Manager will also be responsible for the university program performance analysis and providing feedback regarding performance optimizationDevelop and manage the partner university annual campaign calendarActively track and optimize monthly campaignsPerform root cause analysis on underperformanceProvide marketing guidance to call center operations in the areas of messaging and lead to enrollment processing to maximize contact to file complete ratesIdentify co-branding, alumni, social media and event opportunities with assigned partners and create business cases to gain partner university buy-inAnalyze and report weekly on the impact of campaigns to budgetEnsure all partner assets are accurate, up to date, and optimized for driving enrollments and revenuePartner with field sales team to identify opportunities to increase enrollments and carry ideas to execution (where appropriate)Serve as the primary point of contact for marketing strategy and obtain university approvals for marketing assetsGenerate and maintain competitive research by institution and program in the home state and contiguous statesBenefits
