LineLeader is seeking an experienced

Product Marketing Manager

to create and execute marketing programs including product positioning and messaging, product launches and adoption, go-to market strategies, competitive analysis, and sales enablement. This is a great opportunity for a talented product marketing manager looking to make an immediate impact at a high-growth SaaS company. The ideal candidate is a storyteller, highly collaborative, customer-centric, and a strong cross-functional team player. You’ll report to the Head of Marketing and play a vital role in taking our products and features to market.Responsibilities

Collaborate with product management to develop product positioning and messaging that can serve as a single source of truth for marketing content and campaigns.Enable our sales channels by developing internal tools and external collateral including one-pagers, customer case studies and reviews, sales decks, cheat sheets, competitive sheets, ROI calculators, and more.Drive customer value and enable our user education and retention efforts by partnering with our customer operations and product team to update our customer training platform and education programs.Collaborate with the Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Operations teams to develop GTM plans for net-new features/products and existing features/products.Increase product adoption by building tech touch programs for multiple customer segments and different verticals within the early education and care industry.Assist the customer operations team in building a customer advocacy program that automatically identifies our most engaged clients to help meet expansion goals or sales enablement initiatives.Help to inform the product roadmap by providing ongoing data and strategic input on user adoption, competitor intel, and market differentiation opportunities.Assess the effectiveness of the marketing programs that support our products on an ongoing basis, and report back to the business on results.Requirements

3-5 years’ experience working in product marketing, product management, or similar go-to-market positions.A background in B2B marketing, preferably at a high-growth company.Ability to communicate with decision makers, end-users, and the broader market.Understanding of product strategy, pricing and go-to-market planning.Proven track record of setting strategy and executing on product marketing initiatives.Energized to work cross-functionally across product, marketing, sales, and customer operations to develop our go-to-market strategy.Experience owning, tracking, and reporting on metrics, measuring performance, and identifying optimization opportunities.Ability to synthesize information from several sources into a cohesive narrative understood by a very non-technical audience.Strong project management and problem-solving skills with previous experience leading programs or highly visible projects.Superior written and verbal communication skills.BA, BS or higher in marketing, communications, business or related fields.More than a job
