LABSPosition Summary:The Production Designer will be a focused role within the marketing team, supporting global, specialized business lines providing drug discovery services. Working closely with the Senior Graphic Designer, this position will assemble projects including graphics, images, web, ads, scientific posters, tradeshow, and collateral as assigned.Details about this position:Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a mid-level production designer.Strong analytical skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, process-oriented, excellent organizational skills, and meticulous attention to detail.Regularly work with non-Adobe file types exported from scientific instruments. Import graphics into Illustrator and convert them into brand style.Able to draw and recreate data charts, graphs, and images from provided examples.Conceptualize and execute designs that match existing brand standards.Fluent in time-saving techniques for color conversion for both print and web.Able to work independently and with stakeholders.Work within established brand guidelines and templates.Ability to incorporate design feedback into your work.Able to adapt to the established processes using predefined InDesign templates, style sheets, master pages, and alternate layouts.Able to pick up new skills quickly.Able to handle multiple projects and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.Please provide your resume and a link to your portfolio outlining your production skills.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Excellent skill level in core layout and digital output for print and digital – Adobe Creative Cloud.Experience in PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook, and ASANA or similar job tracking software is a plus.Demonstrates and promotes the company vision.Regular attendance and punctuality.Applies GMP/GLP in all areas of responsibility, as appropriate.Conducts all activities in a safe and efficient manner.Performs other duties as assigned.Owns the accountability and responsibility of delivering to client needs and timeliness.Provides cross-functional support to other departments as required.Adjusts work hours as needed to meet client deadlines.Adheres to site environmental health and safety (EHS) requirements.QualificationsBasic Minimum Qualifications (BMQ):To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements below are representative of the knowledge, skill or ability required.Education/Experience (BMQ):B.S., Graphic Design.Compensation range:
