We are in search of a Content Creator for a local healthcare education training center. They provide continuing education courses for clinicians and also certifications for those who aspire to kick-off their clinical career as a Certified Nursing Assistant. If you would like to be a part of the team and growth, APPLY NOW!Responsibilities:Implement digital media campaigns aligned with business goalsManage Facebook, Twitter & social networks for healthcare education, maintain post cadence and frequency in accordance with best practicesUnderstand the role of each network and how to best engage an audienceOversee the layout of all social media properties, updating when necessaryWrite and create engaging, optimized content; create still image, video and audio content for posts, app, web & other usageProduce videos and graphics consistent with company brandingWork hand-in-hand with Administrator & Program Director to ensure consistent messaging across digital platformsCreate and run giveaways and contests to drive site and social media traffic and increase followingTrack, analyze and react to social media analytics, report on them weekly in staff meeting or to ad hoc requestsTrack and analyze marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) and shape future marketing strategiesRespond to messages and comments in a professional mannerOrganize local events to build brand awareness and generate marketing contentSkills and Expertise:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field (preferred)2+ years of experience in Digital MarketingProfessional-level understanding of digital technologies, channels, methodologies and best practicesExcellent written and oral communication skillsExperience with visual communication principlesProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office SuiteFamiliarity with web design and content management systemsStrong organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-taskSuper-creative, self-motivated, self-directed, “roll up your sleeves” person and a quick learnerTeam player with great interpersonal skills and a sense of humorWarm personality with an authentic voice, not afraid to put self in front of camera or with business outreach
