RESPONSIBILITIESBrainstorm and create design assets for a variety of internal- and external-facing projects.Visually tell stories that align with agency and/or our clients’ vision(s).Design presentations, sales materials, advertisements, and more in support of Acosta Group priorities.Assist with the creation of digital creative assets including web, video, and social in support of enterprise marketing objectives.Design creative yet clear infographics based on proprietary research.Collaborate with assigned PM to ensure the designs meet brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and adequately represent agencies and/or clients.Participate in the creative decision-making process to inform the continuous evolution of enterprise brands.Identify best practices and process improvements for design workflows.Mentor and support Graphic Designers on the enterprise team as well as within agency marketing teams and other cross-functional partners (training, recruiting, contractors, etc.).Occasionally work with printers/vendors to produce deliverables.Adhere to agency-specific brand standards where applicable.Navigate multiple rounds of design feedback from various stakeholders.Manage design assets within file storage systems as outlined in marketing SOPs.Maintain constant knowledge of statuses, priorities, and next steps for all graphic design projects via our project management system (Monday.com).Work independently or collaboratively with other marketing team members to understand project priorities and meet deadlines; including simultaneous projects.Perform other duties as required and/or assigned.QUALIFICATIONSDegree in Art, design, graphic design, marketing or similar preferred but not required.10-15+ years experience on a corporate marketing or creative team as a graphic designer.Extensive experience working in close contact with Senior Executives, including the CEO.Proven excellence in a highly creative and collaborative, yet fast-paced environment.Creative thinker abreast of design and marketing trends, tools, and techniques.Proven time management and adherence to deadlines.Exceptional attention to detail.Ability to lead projects in a time-bound work environment.Proficiency in programs including the Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office, and Google collaboration apps (Sheets, Docs, Slides).Experience designing highly impactful and engaging PowerPoint presentations required.After Effects, Premiere video/motion design experience a plus.Examples of work and/or design portfolio required.WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSThis position involves viewing a computer monitor for more than 70% of the time. With design expertise and leadership, Senior Designers conceptualize, design, and produce creative assets based on the needs of the business and as directed by Project Managers and support the development of the graphic design team. This is a hybrid role to be located in our Jacksonville, Florida headquarters. The successful candidate will regularly interface with and be the primary designer for Acosta Group’s CEO and will support senior leaders in Jacksonville for both internal and external design projects.
