We are seeking an experienced, proactive marketing assistant with proficiency in social media platforms.Responsibilities:
Assist the marketing team with social media postings, reviews, and responsesInvolved with multiple social media platformsWrite and edit creative copy and video scriptsAssist with content creation and proofreading to adhere to brand guidelinesGather internal news to post on our employee intranetMarketing research to analyze trends in performance, engagement, and growthE-mail marketing campaignsStay current on social media marketing tools, techniques, and best practicesCollaborate with the marketing team on our Carter Cares community outreachQualifications:
College degree in marketing or journalism1 – 3 years of experience in a social media roleProfessional written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in navigating social media platformsStrong understanding of social media advertising and placementWorking knowledge of social media algorithmsAdvanced skills in graphic design and editingExcellent service skillsAbility to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced environmentEfficient time management skills to prioritize and meet deadlinesExceptional attention to detailWe foster a team culture in which our staff members are encouraged and supported.
