We are looking for a Senior Solutions Marketing Manager to help communicate to customers how the whole of Splunk's portfolio is greater than the sum of its parts.You will join the Solutions Marketing team, which is responsible for Splunk's corporate and cross-portfolio messages and integrated go-to-market.This role requires a high degree of collaboration, with a focus on both strategy and execution.You will work with product & technology leadership, product marketing and content marketing to pay off the value of "unified security and observability." You will be the connective tissue across our corporate narrative and programs, ensuring our portfolio value proposition connects the dots between digital resilience and use cases in security and observability.You will also collaborate with sales and enablement to build full funnel programs to ensure our top-level messages directly lead to accelerated and higher-value sales processes.Splunk portfolio narrative and differentiation: Build and refine the narrative for what makes Splunk a leader in driving outcomes for security, observability and digital resilience.Customer validation: Work across the go-to-market organization to capture case studies that validate our differentiation.Technology Vision: Build a compelling customer-facing narrative - working with product and technology leadership - that highlights Splunk's technical innovation and compelling long-term value proposition.Analyst Relations: Collaborate with Splunk's analyst relations team to share our portfolio value and technology vision with analysts, helping set Splunk apart.Corporate Message: Support the evolution of our corporate point of view, including state of the world, customer challenges and Splunk's differentiated outcomes.Keynotes: Support world-class keynotes for internal and external events by driving key messages, slides and speaker prep.Marchitecture: Ensure our marchitecture keeps pace with changes to our portfolio, and partner with the field to activate.Strikes a balance of thinking strategically while defaulting to execution.Understands and empathizes with the B2B sales process.Qualifications

8+ years of experience, with some experience in B2B product marketing.Strong understanding of the business environment and what keeps executives up at night.Ability to communicate the value of complex portfolios of products.Self-starter with a demonstrated ability to work across teams and thrive amid ambiguity, with a "make it happen" attitude.Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.Experience building effective sales content and delivering compelling presentations.Benefits

Base Pay Range: $156,000.00 - 214,500.00 per year.Splunk provides flexibility and choice in the working arrangement for most roles, including remote and/or in-office roles.In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for incentive compensation and may be eligible for equity or long-term cash awards.This role is eligible for a competitive benefits package which includes medical, dental, vision, a 401(k) plan and match, paid time off and much more!Splunk is here to build a safer and more resilient digital world.
