You’ll be part of a talented group that collaborates to deliver world-class products to our customers. In this role, you will create effective, beautiful designs and imagery for a variety of projects (print, email, social, web ads, brochures, corporate identity, direct mail, packaging, presentations, promotional displays, and signage) based on creative briefs, along with stakeholder and client meetings. You will be responsible for the final design project deliverable(s) from concept to completion.Shift available:
Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (working between our office and a remote working location)A variety of these traits will help land you this job if you have:an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field3 or more years of agency or corporate graphic design experienceexceptional design portfolio or work exampleshigh proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (PS, Illustrator, InDesign)print experience (required)packaging experience, preferreddirect mail experience, preferredbasic web design experience, desiredcopywriting experience, desiredbranding experience, desiredphotography experience, desiredIn this position, you will:create exceptional designs and imagery for a variety of projects including but not limited to: print, email, social, web ads, brochures, corporate identity, direct mail, and packaging.develop presentations, promotional displays, and signage based on creative briefs along with stakeholder and client meetings.be responsible for the final design project deliverable(s) from concept to completion.stay current with visual design trends.act as a consultative, knowledgeable, and inspirational resource to less experienced team members of the Creative Team.collaborate and work confidently with other departments to complete projects on time.perform miscellaneous projects and complete various tasks as requested by management.To get hired at The Bernard Group, you MUST be:able to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing.
