Summary:

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving the success of Nice brands and products in North America by demonstrating leadership in gaining customer and market insights and creating successful outbound marketing activities. The right candidate will be motivated and strategic as they create positioning, messaging and drive the communication of benefits for our partners and end users. Producing content ranging from website material and social media to emails, webinars, tech briefs, customer stories, videos and other activities that drive demand, the Marketing Manager is crucial in the successful delivery of materials and assets through key channels.

Salary:

Range is $85,000 to $110,000 depending on experience.

Location:

Carlsbad, CA or Kent, WA – Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote).

Primary Responsibilities:

In partnership with solutions marketing team, jointly create web, email, social media, webinars, video, customer stories and other materials with compelling and precise call-to-action.Design and manage nurture streams to guide leads through the decision-making process, ensuring they stay engaged and informed.Command our digital presence through omnichannel marketing and advertising, optimizing campaigns across platforms and managing initiatives for maximum ROI.Develop automated drip campaigns tailored to segments of our audience, ensuring timely, relevant content delivery.Manage communications and campaign content calendar, scheduling, and distribution for email and social media.Create concepts and materials in collaboration with creative and marketing teams for their asset creation and delivery.Develop campaigns and messaging for business lines, brands, and products across print and digital media, and other defined channels.Collaborate with solutions and channel marketing teams to identify and gain deeper understanding of marketing requirements, sales, and partner content needs.Identify, interpret and use marketing analytics to improve communications and tactics to launch content for Nice products and brands.Collaborate with the web development and eCommerce team members to bolster online visibility and oversee SEM/SEO campaigns for maximum reach and conversion.Work with the solutions marketing team to devise digital-centric materials that resonate and engage throughout the customer journey.Manage and report on campaign, digital marketing, and website performance.Execute high-impact lead and demand generation campaigns, including Account Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives.Work with marketing operations and channel teams to create nurture campaigns and follow-up on leads and opportunities.Partner with sales and channel teams to identify opportunities to market products and solutions aligned to sales stages.Analyze and optimize social media and email marketing initiatives, including management of Hootsuite Amplify.Work with Public Relations and internal teams to successfully develop and communicate key company messaging internally, and externally via press releases and media outreach.Attend and provide marketing support for trade shows, regional events, and other in-person activities as needed.Project based assignments as requested and other duties as assigned.Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree with a minimum 5-7 years of related experience required; or a master’s degree with a minimum 3 years of related experience; or advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.Proven experience or practice in marketing, creating digital content including web, email, video and more.Recent and up to date experience on the latest marketing trends, tools, and technologies.Experience in the home security automation and control industry is a plus but not required.3+ years’ experience with Pardot, Marketo, or Hubspot.3+ years’ experience using Google Analytics.Knowledge of or direct experience using Salesforce.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Strong written communication and verbal skills.Required to have a strong comfort-level communicating throughout all levels of the organization.Proven ability to multi-task, set project priorities, establish department/discipline goals and objectives.Computer literacy required, including advanced skills in Microsoft applications (i.e., Excel, Word, PPT, etc.)Strong attention to detail.Positive attitude, self-motivated and eager to succeed.Physical Requirements:
