is currently looking for a

Digital Marketing Manager- MTG . The right candidate will be responsible for managing all brand communications through digital channels, setting up, selling, and executing a vision, from delivering standalone projects to integrated campaigns. Assist in managing and supporting the digital marketing activities of the branches and departments of DHI Mortgage and DHI Financial Services.Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Other duties may be assigned.Manage online branding, communications, and campaigns through the company website, mobile, email and social media marketing, building the online community, attracting new customers, search engine optimization and search marketing.Review technologies and explore new developments in the digital landscape to find ways to more effectively deliver the communication and business objectives.Responsible for managing and overseeing all communications to drive leads and ensure through gap analysis, appropriate support to correct performance within cost-effective targets.Improve the design, usability, content, and conversion points of the company mobile, website and for the promotion and growth of the company’s web properties.Ensure effective and efficient completion of projects across site builds, online advertising, social media, maximizing online sales opportunities and search marketing.Responsible for identifying and prioritizing digital marketing objectives and creating communication to marketing targets.Develop and execute solid plans to increase page views, unique visitors, dwell time and site “difficulties” to encourage repeat usage.Implement and monitor SEO and SEM strategy to drive traffic and conversion rates.Manage onsite and webinar training programs to support the overall communication plan to the field.Manage digital marketing campaigns end-to-end, including planning, targeting, set-up, testing execution, reporting and optimization.Determine target audience, devise campaign, and launch digital campaigns to create buzz or generate leads for the business.Champion continuous advancement of our digital features and capabilities including targeting, personalization, and template development in collaboration with multiple stakeholders: development teams, designers, business teams and more.Use analytics to re-define current processes and procedures.Drive marketing best practice within the organization by staying current with best practices, strategies, and industry standards related to digital marketing and efforts.Become and remain familiar with DHI specific products and services, licensing, disclosure, and any other Compliance requirements using internal resources.Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company.Ability to travel overnight.Supervisory Responsibilities

Supervises 2 or more employees.Qualifications

Education and/or Experience

Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.Two to four years related experience and/or training.3+ years of experience of digital marketing and content management.Strong integrated marketing communications and management skills including agency management, research, analysis, and strategy.Experience in lead generation through exceptional online marketing and advertising including but not limited to website marketing and management, push HTML email messaging, social media, video, mobile, viral, SEO and SEM.Must have quantitative and data analysis skills including site measurement metrics and direct/email database growth, as well as strong project management and organizational skills in both B2C and B2B experience.Effective communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all employees, including the executive committee.Must be able to work within tight deadlines and budget(s).Strong project management skills, with experience coordinating cross-functional teams, delivering results, and meeting tight deadlines.Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral form or via DRH applications.Proficiency with MS Office and email.Ability to sit for majority of 8-hour workday; use hands and fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and peripheral vision.The noise level is generally moderate.Preferred Qualifications
