Position Title:Marketing Insights and VOC ManagerSalary Range:$73,806.20 - $103,328.67Job Description Summary:The Marketing Insights and Voice of Customer Manager is a strategic role responsible for driving data-driven decision-making and enhancing client-centric strategies within the marketing department. This position plays a crucial role in understanding market trends, client behavior, and gathering insights to optimize marketing efforts to generate revenue. The Manager will lead efforts to capture the voice of the client, ensuring the organization stays attuned to client needs and preferences.Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Assist in developing and implementing a marketing insights strategy to gather data on market trends, competitor activities, and client behavior.Utilize analytical tools to interpret data, generate actionable insights, and assist in making recommendations to enhance marketing strategies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure insights are integrated into marketing plans and campaigns.Assist in designing and managing Voice of Customer programs to capture client feedback, preferences, and expectations.Implement surveys, interviews, and other feedback mechanisms to gather client insights.Assist in VoC data analysis to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for innovation.Work closely with product development teams to translate customer feedback into actionable product enhancements.Use templates, systems, and processes for capturing, analyzing, and reporting client and market data to be consumable by teammates and other organizational stakeholders.Participate in auditing materials, refreshing processes, and research as part of a continuous improvement process.Execute market research projects to gather intelligence on industry trends, client needs, and competitive positioning.Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, including surveys, focus groups, and interviews.Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in marketing research and customer insights.Assist in developing and presenting regular reports on marketing performance, insights, and customer feedback to senior leaders.Communicate key findings to cross-functional teams, providing actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.Collaborate with marketing and other cross-functional teams to align strategies with client insights and market trends.Assist in management of agency partnerships for research projects, deliverables, and outcomes.Engage with key stakeholders, including client relations, solution development, and client support, to gather insights that contribute to a unified client experience.Assist in exploration and implementation of technologies and tools to enhance marketing insights and VoC programs.Assist in the construction of tools and reports based on existing organizational data to be used for measurement and decision support.Collaborate with IT teams to integrate client feedback mechanisms into digital platforms.Assist in managing budgets for market research, analytics tools, and VoC programs.Ensure cost-effective solutions that provide maximum value in understanding client behavior and market dynamics pertinent to Sourcewell’s offerings.Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or related field AND a minimum of five (5) years of experience in marketing insights, analytics, or related roles ORA combination of related post-secondary and/or professional education/training and demonstrated relevant work experience equivalent to a total of seven (7) years.Proven experience in designing and implementing Voice of Customer programs. Experience using data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar.Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.Eight (8) years of experience in marketing insights, analytics, or related roles.Experience in the application of AI or machine learning in marketing insights.Certification in market research or analytics.Experience working in a customer-focused industry.Position open until filled. 1 position available.Salary Range:Grade 10, exempt, $73,806.20 - $103,328.67, commensurate with experience.First review of applications will take place on
